3. Our service
We are a done-for-you creator management service for swimwear brands. We select creators, direct creative, and manage production of content and promotion on a brand's behalf. The website presents a curated preview of creators and information about our service. Indicative rates shown are for guidance; the final scope, deliverables and price of any engagement are agreed in a separate written agreement.
4. Eligibility
The service is intended for businesses (brands) and for users aged 18 or over. By engaging us you confirm you have authority to enter into an agreement on behalf of your business.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the Swimwear Agency name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Creator images are displayed with permission and remain the property of the respective creators or rights holders. Usage rights for commissioned media are set out in your engagement agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including scraping or bulk-extracting creator data, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-party links
The site links to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the laws of Ireland and the European Union.
